What is cfg scale?

CFG Scale, also known as the Cognitive Failures Questionnaire, is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure a person's frequency of minor cognitive errors in daily life. These errors can include forgetfulness, distraction, and absentmindedness.

The questionnaire consists of 25 items that ask the respondent to rate how often they experience certain lapses in attention or memory on a scale of 0 (never) to 4 (very often). The total score is calculated by summing the ratings for each item, with higher scores indicating more frequent cognitive failures.

The CFG Scale is often used in research and clinical settings to assess cognitive functioning, attentional control, and everyday memory lapses. It has been found to have good reliability and validity, making it a useful tool for measuring cognitive errors in various populations.
